OUR trailer uses high-strength steel, making it strong and durable when loading sand, small stones or rocks. The loading capacity is 40 tons, 60 tons, 80 tons.
OUR dump trucks are equipped with reliable hydraulic HYVA cylinders. We can customize dump trucks according to your special needs, such as U-type back-flip, side-flip semi-trailers and container dump semi-trailers, including skeleton and flatbed dump semi-trailers.
We use famous brand axles FUWA, BPW. It has high performance and is reliable to use. Flatbed Semi-trailer is specially used for the transportation of various containers, and it can also use its platform to transport ordinary bulk cargo. It has sufficient strength and is mainly used in transportation systems such as ships, ports, routes, highways, transfer stations, bridges, tunnels and other transportation systems.

1.The Flatbed Trailer is the main product of our company. It use high stength full thickness Steel, titanium content of
0.98‰,which ensure Beam and frame’s toughness and strength. The strong Loading Capacity, 30-80 Tons Loading Range.2.The girder
adopts submerged arc welding, the whole vehicle shot blasting and derusting, and the bottom plate is 3 mm thick pattern.
3.This kind of flat semi-trailer can be equipped with removable breast boards, columns, number of locks, etc. according to
customer requirements.
4.The whole frame of the flatbed trailer should be shot blasted to effectively eliminate welding residues. The vehicle body is electrophoretic coating, resistant to coating, and the coating effect can reach more than 10 years.
5.We adopt world famous brand of parts, like Fuwa axle, BPW axle, JOST landing gear, WABCO braking valve etc. The axles are equipped with WABCO emergency brake valves, and the double brake air chambers also widen the pads.
6.Our Trailer factory can also support other customized flatbed semi-trailers, superlink flatbed semi-trailers, and lumber flatbed semi-trailers.
